Our favorite restaurant in Blowing Rock is Timberlake’s Restaurant at Chetola Resort, which opened in the historic Manor House of former owner J. Luther Snyder in 2012.
With 3 dining rooms and a lakefront patio, the upscale eatery serves up refined fare that includes Grilled Elk, tender Angus steaks, and delectable desserts.
